I hope that your week has been good. For the sixth snack, I am going to post a good for you trail mix recipe. This is one of my favorites and is pretty simple to make. Nuts are a great way to get in healthy fats and contain a lot of protein. I love adding dried fruit especially raisins . Enjoy.
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup almonds
5/8 cup walnuts
2/3 cup peanuts
2/3 cup sunflower seeds
1) Mix all the nuts together.
2) Stick them in a plastic container in your snack cabinet.
3) Watch the trail mix do a disappearing act:)
