Hello Fall. Now that it is October Fall is in full swing! I love fall for so many reasons, the leaves and there changing colors, it’s finally sweater weather, all the different fall fruits and vegetables, and PUMPKIN! I absolutely adore pumpkin. Pumpkin lattes, pumpkin butter, pumpkin bread, the list goes on! Today I am sharing with you a wonderful recipe that is bursting with fall flavor including pumpkin, apple and cinnamon. Best of all, it is healthy for you and makes a great snack or dessert. I bet by now you are wanting this glorious recipe. Here it is! For best results make it on a rainy weekend day and enjoy how your house will smell as it bakes.
Pumpkin Spice Bread
1 box of Duncan Hines Spice cake ( Mix only)
1 can(15 oz) of Pumpkin Puree
1/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of your ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Lightly pray bunt pan
