Thanksgiving is tomorrow! Do you have everything planned? Are you still searching for that perfect pie recipe? I have the answer to the perfect pumpkin pie recipe that is also healthy for you. Now you can have your pie and eat it too:) This recipe is very simple and only has five ingredients if you use a pre-made crust. If you have time, feel free to make a homemade crust but a pre-made crust works well too. Here is the recipe
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon clove
1 (12 ounce) package soft tofu, processed in blender until smooth
1 9 inch pie shell
