We all know that feeling, you’re sitting and working on Homework or work and then the sweet cravings kick in. You grab that pint of Ben and Jerry’s and a spoon and just start eating it. After you have successfully finished the carton, you have that gross feeling of nausea and bloating. Eeewww. I am starting a series that will include one healthy after dinner snack each night for a week. Eating sweets isn’t bad, but remember to eat in moderation and don’t eat them every night (unless its vegan cookie dough:) ) because then they become part of a routine instead of being a special treat! These healthy snacks you can have everyday. I hope you enjoy:)
-Take a cup or two of grapes (green and/or red)and put in a Ziploc bag. Freeze for about two hours then enjoy! I freeze in bulk so then I can take out a portioned amount and save the rest for later.
*Feel free to add other favorites to the ziploc bag such as pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.
