It is day four of my Snack Attack Series and today I am going to share a wonderful and healthy variation of ice cream. BANANA!!I This wonder fruit is known to aid with digestion and help to prevent cramps while working out. You may be skeptical at first but try it and you will love it, I promise. Enjoy and please come back tomorrow for day five of the series.
Frozen Banana “Ice Cream”
– Peel a small to medium-sized banana and place in Ziploc bag freeze along with other fruit (strawberries, blueberries, peach slices, etc.) for about two hours. Place frozen fruit in a blender or Cusinart and blend until you have an ice cream consistency. Serve in a bowl and top with additional fresh fruit or chocolate.
