It is day five of my series! Today my recipe is simple, but healthy. Which is always good when it is a busy night full of homework, or work of any kind. I hope you are having a great week so far! POPCORN is the healthy snack of the night, dusted with cinnamon and sugar. It leaves you feeling full because of the fiber and satisfied because of the cinnamon sugar combo. Enjoy.
Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn
- 8 cups popcorn (popped)
- Cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Place popcorn in a large bowl. Lightly coat popcorn with cooking spray; toss well. Repeat procedure.
